Hey, regarde ça, dix posts faits ! Nous sommes presque un tiers à travers notre petit défi de blog. Et le post d’aujourd’hui a le potentiel d’être un peu, humm, embarrassant.
Puis-je simplement dire, je ne peux pas croire que je dis ça en publique ? D’accord, continuons.
Quand j’étais petite, il y avait un duo frère et soeur qui étaient très populaires à la télévision. C’étaient Donny et Marie, du célèbre clan Osmond. Et la petite Vivi, âgée de six ans, savait qu’elle allait grandir et épouser Donny Osmond.
Qu’est-ce qui m’a attiré vers cette star du bop? Ses mouvements en douceur ? Sa voix veloutée ? Ses dents blanches géantes ? C’est un mystère maintenant, surtout quand je regarde cette photo. Peut-être que c’est un garçon gentil et sain que vous pourriez ramener à la rencontre de vos parents et, dès que j’ai atteint la puberté, cela ne m’a rien fait du tout. Mais quand j’avais six ans ! J’ai passé de nombreuses heures à danser et à chanter avec ses disques en attendant que le programme de Donny et Marie commence.

Day 10: First celebrity crush
Hey, look at that, ten posts done! We’re nearly one third through our little blog challenge. And today’s post has the potential to be a little, well, embarassing.
Can I just say, I can’t believe I’m telling anybody this? OK.
When I was just a wee little girl, there was a brother and sister duo just killing it on TV. They were Donny and Marie, from the famous Osmond clan. And little six year old Vivi just knew she was gonna grow up and marry Donny Osmond.
What was it that attracted me to the teeny bop star? His smooth moves? His velvety voice? His giant white teeth? It’s a mystery now, especially when I look at that photo. Maybe it’s that he was a nice, wholesome boy that you could bring back to meet your parents, and as soon as I hit puberty that didn’t do anything for me at all. But when I was six! Many hours were spent dancing and singing to his records waiting for the Donny and Marie show to come on.
