All earrings are made with stainless steel hooks. Stainless steel is durable, hypoallergenic and rust-resistant, making it an affordable choice for long wearing jewelry. If your ears are not pierced, you can request screw-on earring backs for an additional 5€. You can also request silver hooks for an additional 10€.

If you don’t see a color or stone you would like to order, please include this information when ordering. It typically takes 10 – 15 days to receive new threads and stones, which may delay your commission.

Vivi’s boxes are made using the French method of cartonnage. Non-embroidered boxes are made with handcrafted paper. Their colors and designs are dependant on supplier’s availablity. Q:  How does this reservation system work?
A:  Vivi will open up commissions with ten places available at a time. The ten boxes at the top of this page represent the ten places. If a box has been “stamped,” that means that a place has been taken. Once all ten places are reserved, commissions will be closed until the current round of special orders have been completed and shipped.

Q:  Why do I have to pay to reserve a place?
A: Vivi asks that you reserve your place with 15€. As prices vary widely depending on what you wish to commission, This ensures that everyone’s order will be completed in the order in which it was received. The 15€ will be reduced from the final price of your commission.

Q: I would like to order more than one item. Should I reserve two places?
A: No, that isn’t necessary. Once you have reserved your place, you can order as many items as you would like.

Q: OK, I’m ready to reserve! What do I do?
A:  Click on this link, one of the links on this page, or go to the Shop link in the menu, where you’ll find a Commissions link. You will be prompted to give a brief description of what you’d like to commission and you will be asked to pay 15€.

Q: I’ve made a reservation, what happens now?
A: Thank you for reserving! Once Vivi receives your reservation, she will contact you to let you know where you are in the queue. She’ll also ask questions about your commission, start a mock up if necessary, and confirm colors and patterns, so she can order supplies if needed. Once it’s time to start your commission, you’ll receive another message to let you know, plus when you can see her work on your commission on Twitch! Once your commission is complete, Vivi will send you a Paypal invoice for the balance of your order, and once that is received, your order will be shipped.
